I practice in a range of town planning and development, local government and environmental law matters and am experience in land acquisition. I act on behalf of private and commercial clients, including property developers, local and state government departments across the spectrum of State and Federal planning and environment legislation.I am an experienced litigator in the Planning and Environment Court, the Land Court, the Magistrates Court and the Queensland Court of Appeal. I am also a qualified town planner, where the knowledge acquired through my environmental planning degree has contributed to and benefitted my ability to understand complex town planning instruments, including detailed plans, planning schemes and associated environmental reports
