• Product Management & Testing of Low end/Smart Phone/OMH RUIM cards.• Testing and sign off on handset ROM Builds / 3rd party SW / applications.• Leading effort for test case execution, Test Plan Preparation, Project allocation.• Ensuring Delivery date• Quality Control of engineering & Production samples.• Applying quality assurance tests on devices prior to roll out • Active member of Planning and Execution• Customization of Product from different ODM e.g. Micromax, LG, Samsung, ZTE, Huawei, Fly etc. before launching into the Indian Market.• Testing for Software/hardware malfunctions and providing detailed reports on the same.• Support the ramp up team (Engineering, Test, Quality and Production) in early production phase.• Liaisons with ODM’s for fault reporting and fixes – HW and SW• Liaison with development, sales & marketing groups in engineering activity during new product launch.• User Manuals and Quick Start guides – Reviews and sign off’s• Performing pre-analysis of trouble reports /providing solutions to problems of less complexity.• Performing quality and desk checks of correction• Implementing software updates with supervision.• Performed POC’s on Windows Mobile devices for LOB’s, sales force solutions, field service solutions, horizontal and vertical solutions etc.• In-depth knowledge of CDMA technology.• Knowledge of GSM/UMTS Technology.• Knowledge of various standards related to CDMA, OMH and CDG testing.• Worked on all kind of Mobile testing software tools and equipments.• In-depth knowledge of QXDM, CAIT and QPST.• Worked with OEM for planning, design, test execution and bug fixing.
