Raj is honoured to be invited as a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne, where he shares insights on project management and general management with master's students.

Raj was invited to review and advise on the curriculum design of the Bachelor of Applied Science, to ensure relevance and effectiveness to meet industry needs and identify any shifts of focus within industry that may be relevant to the degree, and advise of the possible impact on the program.

Dr Raj was involved with the course development committee of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Degree for Universal Higher Education. The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) approved the course for an accreditation period of 7 years, which is the maximum allowable period. Dr Raj has been appointed to the Course Review Committee as a member to maintain and upkeep the quality of the MEM degree.

Raj was invited by Monash University to be an advisor to its Master of Project Management (MPM) & Master of Project Leadership (MPL) degrees. To review and advise on the curriculum design of the MPM to ensure relevance and effectiveness to meet industry needs and identify any shifts of focus within the industry that may be relevant to the MPM, and advise of the possible impact on the program.

Raj have been mentoring other professionals on LinkedIn Career Advice platform. With over 400 full time employees, the company has its products present in over 25 countries. As the General Manager, Raj directly reported to the group Chairman/ Managing Director and was responsible for the complete strategic planning of the company and execution of its operation and its project program. Raj was accountable for the top and bottom line performance of the P & L. Raj had 12 direct report division head managers and performed exceptionally well managing them, the business and external stakeholders during my tenure at NBC. During this period at NBC, its monthly revenue grew over 80%, which is clear indication of my leadership, performance & contribution. I was able to improve business capability through major projects, manufacturing efficiency, internal processors, sales and marketing management of the company to an exceptional level.

With a product portfolio ranging from switches and sockets, circuit protection, cables conduits, lighting and electrical power distribution panels. Raj was the General Manager responsible for the company’s industrial sector, managing its electrical power distribution panel manufacturing business and its related projects division. With over 170 employees under his wing and a state of the art manufacturing facility complying ISO 9001: 2000 standards. During his tenure, Raj managed managed to improve business revenue of the particular sector and converted the manufacturing facility to a state of the art certified facility of its category in the region.

Shell Group PLC is one of the three largest business entities in the world with diverse interests and business areas of operation. The parent company of the Shell group is Royal Dutch Shell plc, which is incorporated in England and Wales. It is a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies with around 101,000 employees in more than 90 countries and territories. Raj was the Technical & Supply Chain Manager for the country, and also was in its EMT (Executive Management Team). Raj managed the organisations technical projects program and a technical and supply chain staff of over 125 employees. He also successfully spearheaded a procurement efficiency program over five countries.
