•Experienced ITIL qualified Service Delivery Manager responsible for the Antivirus hosting over 90,000 devices inclusive of desktop and server and 3 Citrix Farms for 1500 users.•Close engagement with HMRC Cyber Security and Capgemini Security Teams to ensure security compliancy and the management of any threats.•Stakeholder management inclusive of Director level engagement, ensuring that incidents and problems are appropriately communicated and resolved.•Supplier management including licence and software procurement, and engagement with professional services including regular reports and reviews.•The preparation of root cause and post incident reports, along with the creation of service management packs. •Creation and operation of service governance framework including Monthly Incident & Problem Review Forums and Delivery Service Reviews. •Co-ordinate and manage Change processes including raising and approving Requests For Change, presenting and approving at Change Assessment Board; planning changes with the customer and other stakeholders through to successful implementation. •Risk Management, documenting, reviewing and escalating risks as appropriate, ensuring these are owned and progressed appropriately.•Assessing and costing new projects, managing upgrades and roadmaps to maintain and optimise the service. Ensuring Service Improvements are managed through to implementation.•The role also carries responsibility for financial forecasting and monthly reviews with the commercial teams.•People Management, including performance reviews and development requirements.•Member of internal committee driving improvements in work environment and HR processes.•Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and management within and between teams•Provide cover for SDMs on other services.
