I was part of Corporate Network Services of Juniper Networks and work as its global design team. Its adventurous to work with top architects at Juniper, to design its global network and work on technologies that may be upcoming for the world. We leverage Juniper products to provide optimum connectivity, security, and redundancy to Juniper employees and partners. We are responsible for network connectivity and security of Juniper offices, data centers, R&D units, and partners across the globe.

. Responsible for smooth iNOC operation by leading iNOC team and maintaining SLA for trouble incidences.. Implementing updates in network and training team members in order to develop the capacity of understanding and troubleshooting the related issues.. Being L1 manager, responsible for 24*7 availability of my team, sharing regular updates of ongoing activities to client, and doing interim/annual appraisals of team.. Coordinating with media providers, ISPs, clients and NIC coordinators for upgrade, commissioning or decommissioning of new links.. Designing the network structure and configuring routers and switches with needful routing and switching protocols for new clients/sites.. Managing approx 30+ complex VPNs using VRF, multiple OSPF Areas, Millions of routes and different AS Numbers using BGP, QoS, Multicasting, IPv6 routes.. Providing Root Cause Analysis for major incidences.. Coordinating with other divisions at NIC for implementing any change in network structure.

. Responsible for planning and deploying Network (LAN and Wireless LAN). Configuration of Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Wireless Controllers for deployment, planning and maintenance of client sites.. Configuring and managing AAA servers at client sites.. Leading 24*7 NOC Team and assigning task to them depending on requirement and individual's capability.. Troubleshooting of any network related issues and guiding site engineers for network stability.. Managing clients by understanding their requirements and proving them desired solution. Single point of contact for reputed hotels (Oberoi, Trident, Radisson Hotels) for immediate resolution on critical incidences.. Coordination with TAC for development and high level troubleshooting.. Planning for PoC of carrier class ISP integration with our Wi-Fi network.. PoC for devices of different vendors and compatibility in our network.
