My Roles & Responsibilities as HR Associate are:-1) Act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders.2) Provide training to new hires.3) Support employees with expense reports.4) Work closely with clinical staff to ensure timely submissions..5) Determine and track time reporting (leave, overtime, holiday, callout work, etc.).6) Partner with business stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate training and other learning resources.7) Continually works with department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.
