Raj Sareen is an entrepreneur, physicist, and inventor. Currently he is Founder and CEO of Styku Health, the leading 3D Body Scanning platform for fitness and wellness. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Space Sciences and a Master of Science in Physics, Raj began his career at NASA's Human Spaceflight Program. Here, he was instrumental in developing testing software for the Space Shuttle program at Johnson Space Center.After completing his graduate studies, Raj joined the California and Carnegie Planet Search lab as a Research Scientist. During his three-year tenure, he played a key role in the discovery of exoplanets and analyzing the properties of stars with planetary systems. This period honed his expertise in image acquisition, processing, and analysis—a skill set that would later become foundational in his entrepreneurial journey.Leveraging his unique skill set, Raj pioneered the development of non-invasive, AI-driven 3D Body Scanners, to help address several challenges in the fields of apparel, fitness, and healthcare. He established Styku Health with the mission of extending preventative healthcare services to underprivileged communities. Under his leadership, Styku Health has grown into a dominant force in the health sector, utilized by over 2000 facilities across North America to monitor health metrics and disease risk. To date, Styku Health has conducted scans for over 3 million individuals in more than 50 countries, making it the fastest expanding entity in its domain.Raj's innovative contributions have earned him numerous patents in infrared body scanning and anthropometry, solidifying his status as a leading figure in the field. In addition to his professional achievements, Raj is a respected educator and advisor, having guest lectured at Harvard Business School, taught undergraduate Astronomy courses at San Francisco State University, and mentored local startups through Techstars and Hampton.Raj is Canadian and born in Toronto but calls Los Angeles home.
