In 2021, I was co-leading a group of twelve budding mountaineer climbers down Mount Rainier during a sudden onset of a white-out storm with gusting sixty mile-per-hour winds. Sensing fear and confidence falling apart within the group, in that moment of crisis I intuitively completed the risk assessment needed, strategized a plan, prepared the team, and guided them back to safety at the trailhead. In seemingly impossible or unexplored situations, I won’t take no for an answer. Throughout my life I’ve been able to quickly adapt to challenges and opportunities by diligently gathering data, and then strategizing and formulating a plan to move forward. This has contributed to personal and organizational transformations. It has influenced my leadership strategy while walking unexplored landscapes in all domains of life, including my professional work. I thrive in seemingly impossible or unexplored situations. Throughout my life, I have embraced multiple roles: IT professional, fitness coach, stage actor, mountaineering leader, and devoted dad. I have cultivated a holistic approach to living that integrates mind and body, allowing me to unlock my full potential and continually push my limits.Mountaineering has taught me perseverance, the importance of preparation, and how to face uncertainties and fears. Each climb enhances my appreciation for nature and strengthens my resolve. I am committed to leading by example, fostering a life dedicated to growth, resilience, and unwavering commitment.I’ve had 19 years of technology experience working in service and product-oriented companies, ranging from retail and transport, Telecom, and product companies to hyperscale’s. Areas of focus have been engineering, deployment, operations, support, and sales. I have passion for new technologies and integration of tools and services, which has led me into the Multi-cloud hyperscale space to envision and tailor unique solutions.
