• Raising unique maintenance capital number for (CAPEX & OPEX) to generate PO's• Overseeing the process of invoicing and payments for the supplier & seeking the confirmation from the concerned store GMM to approve the Work Order Number as per the request received from the supplier.• Query management - Co-ordinate with other teams for process related queries. (Which includes both calls & e-mails).• Approve and raise the po in Verisae application to upload the invoice as per the supplier requirements.• Invoice processing accurately based on Two-way and Three-way match. And act as per procedure mentioned on SOP’s. (ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION) RPA and ELE ideas to simplify the process and to maintain better Quality and Accuracy.• Preparing daily reports with 100% accuracy.• Po Creation for good and services (Stores, head office, warehouse,) Receipt Creation, Handling the po related quires.• Responsible for the meeting agreed service level agreements.
