As the Lead Designer at Icona Design Group, I led and grew the industrial design team, playing a pivotal role in establishing its foundation. I led the team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and inspiration, and cultivating a healthy and forward-thinking atmosphere. My focus was on nurturing a mindset that encouraged learning, innovation, and boldness among team members.Introducing streamlined design processes and systems, I implemented various efficient methodologies that significantly improved our workflows. Additionally, I initiated team rituals like morning stand-ups, weekly learning sessions, and monthly research outings, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team.Our collaborative efforts resulted in exceptional design outputs and forged strong client relationships, underscoring the power of teamwork and dedication in achieving remarkable outcomes

I was responsible to lead a team of designers, through the user-centric design process. Our process starts from understanding the user, market, and product to executing from concept sketch to production sign-off. In the process we do hands-on clay modeling, and working along with the engineering to produce solutions to create the least compromised production vehicle and products. Our Ideology is to create a valuable design for the user and most importantly a design that helps our client improve their Bottomline (Profits).

I was assigned to design the vehicle exterior. But I enjoyed doing many other works that included exterior and interior of concept cars, various segments of production cars ranging from RV, SUV to trains. I delivered most of the projects and half the time of the given timeline and most of them were selected concepts for further development. I otherwise also took the initiative to help the junior designer and arranged some interactive fun creative session to boost skills.

Nephos was started to bring creative minds together to do something awesome, in the field of mobility solution, transportation system, user experience design and product design with user centric process. Our objective was to add value to ones life. Contribute to the development of humanity through design.

What - We were in the business of addressing the problems for bike delivery boys in India. I was responsible to design the solution on EV 2 wheeler platform, connect with the industry to find resources to build the prototype and see through till production of the bike and its additional components.Why - Our goal was to make a sustainable and safer transportation solution which would make the delivery system more efficient, increase productivity, safer better health condition for delivery boys.

What - Bozca is a premium luxury Yacht design studio that works with the most reputed Yacht builders across Europe and America. While at Bozca, I designed the interior and exterior of Super Yacht Sarco (Winner of A design award, European product design award 2017 etc). Why - Yachts are rich people’s pride and as a car designer I was able to bring in a new perspective in the way Yachts are designed. I experimented with new color, materials and forms to define the future of Yachts, by creating organic and sensual forms to show exclusivity along with futuristic interior to impress their guest.

I am a part of a global design team at Tata Motors Design studio in Pune. I am responsible for the development and design of future Tata concept vehicles.

As an intern I was associated with the product design team. So while I was in the product design studio I had my contribution in creativity and brainstorming of products and signages. But I was give a complete transportation design project mentored by Nick Talbot, Head of design and innovations global Tata Elxsi.

The primary role was to identify the needs of a customer and provide an opportunity for those needs to be met through the purchase of product or service. Meeting or exceeding sales quotas; maintaining customer relationships after the sale; managing a sales territory, remain updated on product knowledge; seek opportunities to consistently learn and train; develop creative sales techniques. At times along with convincing skill it is necessary have an innovative approach or guidance to help customer buy their demands.

I served as a technician for three months to understand car and its technology. This was an immaculate learning experience. As Service advisor I had to understand customer issues, and accordingly provide solutions. Monitor repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised.

I was assigned task to maintain and repair of all machines, extensively consisting of heavy machinery.Reported to Senior Site Engineer and I headed a team of 25 technicians.
