 Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Troubleshooting Guidelines for operation team and give training to use them effectively. Give plant support by monitoring daily operation for any process deviation by using tools like OSI PI, daily operation checklists. Constantly monitor product quality and instruct operation team for controlling quality. Improve production process capacity by reducing waste and optimizing production cycle time, through implementing Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology. Prepare engineering package and raise Management Of Change (MOC) for any process modifications and/or upgradation.  Conduct commissioning of new equipment before handing over to production team. Support Research and Development teams for conducting plant trials of new product and customize operating procedures and recipes to the suitability and capability of plant. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for any non-conforming batches. Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) studies and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Conduct safety surveys and interactions, and participate in activities of HSE department.
