Cabs/Buses, shuttles premium and semi premium services across Pan India. o To make strategies to bring down the cost and increase the efficiency by changing the entire operations model to outsourcing.o Introduction of GPS device with Barcode/RFID in cabs with 24*7 Operational command center room. o Optimizing utilization and cost per user. Plan & execute all movements to optimize seat utilization.
