Working with startup developing a platform that is able to tokenize any real-world asset. Starting out with real estate, property holders are able to list their property on the platform and we create security tokens that are able to be purchased by retail investors for as little as $10 that represent equity (shares) in the property. Investors benefit from secondary trading of tokens on the platform, property appreciation, and rental dividends from the properties. Tokenization solves many problems present in REIT's and crypto world because of more liquidity, easy transferability, smart contracts, no middlemen, and less volatility. Real Estate tokenization gives investors and crypto owners access to large commercial real estate properties and allows property owners to receive equity investments in their properties on a scale never before seen.
