• Requirements gathering from various stakeholders including Product Management & Strategy teams
• Perform feature-impact and Gap analysis to understand the scope of new product development
• Provide technical & process expertise support to the team
• Collaborate and work closely with the US development & IT teams on various business application releases, understand existing challenges and implement fixes
• Research and evaluate existing business workflows by applying various business analysis tools, analyzing the end-to-end processes & solutions and provide inputs in further streamlining operations
• Improve information access, integration and reporting capabilities within the respective domains

• Manage critical client situations, including proactively identifying issues, managing escalated issues, developing comprehensive action plans with functional experts, proactive communicating with the client, securing.
• Hold monthly account reviews with client to review performance metrics, discuss client feedback, and provide updates.
• Review goal progress, share best practices and recommendations, provide industry updates, and discuss client strategic initiatives, upcoming events, and executive feedback.
• Work with and supports internal partners to become more efficient and develop best practices· Work with client to understand and buy into change management and process improvements by reviewing ROI and/or value adds
