- To ensure compliance of statutory requirements on control group administration amongst all operating companies- To establish & develop staff policy and any other policies regarding HR & Admin.- Identify and initiate Business wide manpower planning exercise to budget and plan the numbers and cost and to ensure skilled human capital in the right numbers to achieve business results.
