Near miss incident / Accidents / Fire / Abnormal incidents investigation and CAPA implementation. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 & 45001 by TUV NORD India.Common jobs and Responsibilities: -(1) Working in operation department as a control room DCS operator for Natural Gas based thermal power plant consisting of (2*70 TPH gas fired boilers & 8mW Turbogenerator)(2) Solely responsible for managing plant operation activities during the assigned shift and Assure safe, efficient and reliable operation and check the daily status of power plant in field, note down plant field Parameters/defects using SAP to ensure the healthy and safe operation of Power plant.(3) To perform safe start up and to attend emergencies like system failure, station black-out, emergency conditions. etc.(4) To ensure the availability of major standby equipment by following proper trial schedule,and long-term preservation during shutdown.(5) Individual responsibility during unit shutdown for preparation of defect list, coordination with all maintenance departments, update daily work status, held daily shutdown meetings, preparedness for unit revival.(6) Prepare and maintain Shift report, issuing work permits, carry out isolations of equipment for maintenance, Presentations for Management review.(7) To ensure adherence to the safety, environment, other statutory norms and safety of the people and unit through PTW system & strict compliance of SOPs.(8) To oversee the functioning of desk Engineer, Develop and train field and desk Engineers for the use future needs of group.
