• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met

• Partnering Program management• Design and execute Career plans for team members• Conducting performance reviews for the Team members• Presenting team metrics in the MBR• Identifying Projects for continuous improvement in the process• Coordinate with recruitment team on hiring and updates• Handling Employee concerns• Assist in developing and implementing training programs to improve the quality and productivity ofthe team• Responds to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendation. Develops remediationplan and drives to resolution• Communicating policies to associates and become the primary source for staff, following up toensure compliance and consistency, taking corrective action as necessary• Managing key stakeholders both internal & external and partnering with them for processenhancement
