• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the Namaste Restaurant , La Breiz , Tikka Masala , La Terrazza.• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant /GRM guidance to be taken wherever required.• Monitor the purchase / indent / requisition’s of each department, the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the vendors / suppliers etc.)• Randomly inspecting the stores (F & B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the F & B Manager & Chef.• Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development• Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.• Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.

•Responsible to handle shift independently consists of 150+ staff air side & Land side operations • Coordinates between airside and landside operations to optimize the deployment of staffing resource that is most cost efficient and delivers a full dispatch to aircraft on time.• Supports the Operations Manager in establishing current and future resource requirement by evaluating operational improvements or risk mitigation as and when required.• The Sr. Operation Executive assumes the role of ‘person in charge’ for the airside and landside operations when the Operations Manager is not on site• Personally interacts with senior cabin crew and VIP catering management to help provide a seamless and timely service delivery• Is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of service delivery for all flights during the shift by monitoring supervisory activities, maintaining the provided KPI’s relating to staff performance• Responsible for all daily tool box talks, and capturing all relevant concerns and comments from staff during these processes.• Responsible for preparing the duty roster and allocating the manpower within the Operations Department.

• Personally interacts with senior cabin crew and VIP catering management to help provide a seamless and timely service delivery• Is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of service delivery for all flights during the shift by monitoring supervisory activities, maintaining the provided KPI’s relating to staff performance• Accountable for the accuracy of the inventory counts across the shift.• Communicating throughout the shift with the kitchen team, the replenishment team and ware wash to ensure a smooth and timely flow of materials and equipment to the flight prep function• Personal management of all VIP requirements on the shift, from procurement, liaising with the kitchen and sourcing the required goods and equipment, and communication with the client throughout• Responsible for all daily tool box talks, and capturing all relevant concerns and comments from staff during these processes.

•Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe dress code for proper appearance.•Make sure that catering vehicles are dispatched properly for times.•Ensure that vehicles arrive at proper location at proper time.•Maintain communication with catering vehicle and operations supervisor

Review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) or Event Plan at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set as per the customer request.• Read and execute specifications listed on the Banquet Event Orders.• Attend all pre-shift meetings to ensure events flow smoothly.• Be in communication with the Banquet Captain regarding any special needs.• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.• Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.• Have a good understanding and able to communicate products and service related query to guests when asked.

Evaluate and delegate the aircraft catering workload for his staff in the shift. •Ensure catering orders distributed to the various sections-sub sections fort their actioned. •Supervises the provisioning of aircraft supplies. •Monitor equipment packing tray layup, pre-set and pre-flight checks loading bay. •Inspect and monitor quantity, quality, and presentation of food items received from the production. • Personally interacts with senior cabin crew and VIP catering management to help provide a seamless and timely service delivery•Coordinate with airline representatives, VIP- CIP flights for meal uplifts and equipment. •Is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of service delivery for all flights during the shift by monitoring supervisory activities, maintaining the provided KPI’s relating to staff performance• Submit daily shift reports to the section head.

• Equipment preparation - tray presets- aircraft loading and offloading - storage of equipment • general cleanliness of working areas - proper usage of airline equipment - Requisition of • Stores items from the main Stores. • Assemble catering items from Production-Bakery, and other sections.• Ensure flight meals and equipment checked as per airline GLP and ELP before dispatching• Catering to the flights, Must have knowledge to handle catering for all types of aircrafts & GLP• Ensure temperature records and revenue documents, crew handovers are properly prepared. • Ensure hygiene and HCCAP and ISO procedures are strictly followed. • Check all passenger amenities are loaded as per specification - airline standards.
