We would be contacted via toll free nos or remote sharing softwares, and after verifying, would range from email issues with outlook , windows errors, installation and troubleshooting general softwares such as quickbooks, itunes, clean up/performance optimisation, virus removal, wired or wireless connectivity issues, printer problems and so on, and also upsell technical support subscriptions, peripherals or softwares, if any such need arises while troubleshooting.

• Primarily responsible for developing and documenting requirements for software products of the company.• Responsible for marketing communication functions• Designing user interface for websites and mobile apps.• Distributing the development functions to the developers and keeping track of the progress of the products.• Finalising templates for the websites and using them with website management tools like Joomla as per client’s requirements, and following up the same.• Designing initial flowcharts/workflows as per requirements using tools such as Pidoco prototype maker, Protoshare and Gliffy from Confluence Wiki.• Tracking of bugs textually using tools like Bugzilla and Agilefant• Configuring Google analytics for a site and and also basic Search engine Optimisation for the clients’ sites.

To provide on the call and online/remote access support to the users of Dell desktops, laptops and printers from the United States and Canada. Issues would range from, but not limited to, troubleshooting any issues regarding the operating systems Windows 98, XP, Vista and Windows 7 ,any issues with the malfunctioning of windows and third party applications on the user system and also any problem with any hardware of Dell systems and inkjet printers , setting up and troubleshooting home wireless/wired networks, educating users while troubleshooting, delightfully handling users and also provide recommendations to upgrade or modify systems and do the online billing for the out-of-support boundary issues , Dell parts and accessories the user purchases on the call.
