Current• Management of windows server 2008, 2012 R2 and Active directory • Hands on experience in Windows OS server’s upgradation • Good knowledge of routers, switches and wireless controllers configuration and troubleshooting.• All system monitoring (Applications, Services, Physical memory, Disk space, customized applications etc.) and responsible to take appropriate action. • Provide Support in Resolving Networks Problem and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN Connectivity issues. • Taking Incremental and full Backups of critical and non-critical Servers with backup tool on daily basis• Installation and troubleshooting of accounting software ((TALLY ERP/SAP)• Installation of monthly Patches in Servers to ensure up to date maintenance and Security• Creating and executing the group policies according to requirement.• Establish/manage remote access for users through RDP connections• Raising cases and Coordinating with vendors for any hardware failure of any system and replacement of faulty part• Experience in Microsoft Exchange server and office 365-cloud mail engine• Installing, maintaining different hardware devices.• Installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting of LAN using switch & hub.• Managing & troubleshooting local Printer & network printer.• Troubleshooting of Network Desktops.
