I am Raju Gautam from Nepal, a developing country in south Asia. I graduated from MCRP University India in computer in 2003. Now I am doing MA in Sociology which was a due interest since long.Experience:I have around 15 years of experience in computer field starting from computer technician to developer, development manager and now a company owner. I have worked with Visual Basic, Ruby (RoR), Perl and PHP with core JavaScript and different libraries and frameworks. MySQL and Postgres have been my regular databases with intermediate MS-SQL and Oracle. Mobile and Python are my next milestones.Teams and Projects:I have led couple of different projects and a team of various size (up to 25) as development manager, department head (PHP) and a team leader. I always focused on quality delivery with Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and happiness of both; the clients and the team. I have worked with different types of clients from Europe, Australia, Canada and US. E-commerce, CMS, and some enterprise level applications are my projects so far.Socially Responsible Business - 5% to a right cause:Being interested in social works, I have been helping under-privileged children to get the education in different ways since 5/6 years. Now I want to start SRB (Socially Responsible Business) and have already decided to get at least 5% out of each projects to the right causes.
