Client : ONGC (OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPARATION LTD)Duties & Responsibilities in MLU CREW for Oil & Gas Industries:1) We are monitoring the parameters during drilling time like ROP,SPM, SPP,RPM, TOQURE, WOH ,Lag time, Lag strokes, Cycle time, Cycle strokes during drilling operation, and necessary operations using software ELOG ONLINE, ELOG OFFLINE, HYRID DISPLAY. Identify the problem cause of the Kick and recommend actions to prevent further occurrences.2) We Monitor Mud (Mud Volume, Mud Weight, Mud Temp, Etc.), Drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, RPM, SPM, SPP, Hook Load, Torque, Etc.) Monitoring of hole – filling parameters during all trips for during TRIPPING Operation.3) Gas Detection: Continues separations of Hydrocarbon gases C1, C2, C3, iC4, nC4, iC5, nC5. Prepare a gas ratio plot to obtain from the formation. 4) We are Preparing the production and laboratory reports, well logs and Geological reports. It includes the Master log. Composite Log, drilling parameters, Bit details, Gas analysis data, Analysis Shale Density, Shale Factor, Calcimetry test,Lithological Descripsion.5) Sampling: Collection of drilled samples at specified lag intervals & lag depth. Washing, sieving, and drying followed by packing and labelling. Microscopic interpretation of lithological samples.6) Preparation of drill Pipe Tally, casing pipe Tally, Tubing tally and Core sample logging and preparation of the report like DPR, TIME PRINT, MUD PARAMETERS, DRILLING PARAMETERS, GAS PARAMETERS, GEOLOGICAL REPORT.CALCULATIONS:1) Hook load, Lag Time, Cycle time, ECD, MWE.2) Hydrostatic Pressure, Flow Type, Pore Pressure.
