• Preparation of Project cost estimation, JCR, Rate analysis and Working cost.• Preparation of Client Billing, Sub-contractor billing, BBS and final reconciliation statement. • Good in Pre tendering & post tendering works. • Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.• Assisting the CGM for finalization of various sub contractors and vendors by preparing comparative statements and rate analysis for various works. • Providing backup for preparation of work orders for sub-contractors for various works.• Estimation of specialized works like soil nailing and rock anchoring works.• Manage to evaluate Direct Cost & Indirect Cost Estimation involved in projects. • Preparation of standard quantities and calculation for mass excavation by Simpson’s and mid ordinate rule method.• Calculation of Cost Escalations & claims as per contract conditions.• Preparation of reconciliation statement for the materials & Labour for effective cost control.
