After years of web development as a freelancer and working in a company, I decided to get out of my comfort zone in late 2015 and started a company Lunover, intending to help different agencies by providing dedicated Software Development as a Service (SDaaS).When I was a freelancer developer working remotely with people from different places has so many drawbacks including lack of motivation, feeling isolated, TAX hassle, no learning, hard balance work-life, distractions, etc. So to overcome all of these started my company where we are creating a dedicated team of developers for different companies who will work under the same roof, help each other, and get to know international culture and traditions. There is better communication between team members, they share the same social values, get equal benefits and they will be productive to their best.In 2016, we started the partnership with Sweden's top web agency Pigment AB, where we have created a dedicated team of web developers working together with the existing Swedish team. We visit each other every year or two to meet our team members which makes us closer and attached and able to experience cultural and natural differences.Since my passion is to code I'm actively working as a full-time backend web developer and also creating and managing a new team for agencies to help them find the best talent to scale their business and startups.I'm always looking for the best developers to join our team.
