 Electrical and automation maintenance Engineer at TMT BAR MILL. Erection & Commissioning of 0.25MTPA TMT BAR ROD MILL. Total Involvement in erection and commissioning of high speed BAR ROD MILL and responsible for preventive maintenance & breakdowns of bar rod Mill. Well versed in contract negotiations & management, projects estimations, document preparation, regulating material purchasing and site management & project execution. An excellent performer with demonstrated troubleshooting aptitude in managing maintenance of RIO PANELS,DI,DO,AI,AO Cards, Transformers, Motors(AC and DC),Cables, Drives etc. Responsible for installation and maintenance of electrical machine and equipment. Execution of all the electrical works associated with high speed BAR ROD MILL. Hands on experience on various field instruments like proximity switches, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, pressure regulator, absolute encoders, temperature switches, Photo sensors, Loop Scanners, Control Valve Position Transmitters etc. Knowledge of Digital DC Drive of Sprint Electric PL/PLXD and AC Drive ABB ACS 850. Preparation of cable schedule and termination details for DCS panel for new modification activities. Responsible for the smooth running of the plant and all its auxiliaries by proper preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Responsible for the maintenance of LT Panel like DOL, RDOL and Star Delta Starter and soft starter. Maintenance of Automation System and Instrumentation. Material procurement as per site requirement and its planning. Attending breakdowns, providing spares, work force and machineries assistance for trouble shooting. Documentation of all maintenance activities, Breakdown reports and its entire related file. Knowledge of LT panel ACB, VCB, Transformer, servo motor, on line UPS and capacitor panel. Knowledge about DG set operation, compressor and their maintenance.
