Starting off my career at Kingspan Century Homes as a Structural Design Engineer, I was promoted to Team Leader within my first year. In the third year the company was bought by Kingspan Group Plc and I was offered the opportunity to relocate to their Pembridge office. After being the last designer to be made redundant after the 2008 recession, RK-SIPs Design Ltd was formed in April 2009 and continues to grow. Today RK-SIPs Design and Build Ltd employees 4 designers and 2 erection teams with a wide experience in SIPS construction industry bringing together a combined experience of 21 years. My need and desire to improve has never faulted and while RK Sips Design and Build continues to lead the way in great customer care in building new homes for our customers, I have decided to start a new venture, Having looked at a number of business opportunities, one in particular aligned with my skillset and values - the Paisley territory of Concept Claim Solutions, which I proceeded to purchase.Concept Claim Solutions are Insurance Claim Management Specialists.
