Responsible for QA and manipulation of data to determine integrity of resource -Design and build data capture tools (in Excel, Access and SQL), based on business requirements, mindful of risk and governance applied to the processing and reporting of MI. -Build tools to identify trends across multiple reports to flag concerns. Provide in-depth analysis and identify effectiveness of existing business controls; provide fully supported recommendations for changes-Data Capture SME across multiple business Quality Assurance functions in the review of Complaints QA and scoring thresholds.-SME on Mortgages ‘Training&Competence Scheme’-Testing the integrity of Mortgage data via SAP 6.0 UAT processes-Understand changing external environments, and work with Compliance and other business areas to re-visit processes and documentation to address new issues.

- Providing support to the Relationship Directors across the team; actively involved with their portfolios working alongside all the Corporate Credit Analysts and Relationship Support Managers to provide them with support with their customer queries.- Responsible for monthly SarBox data- Produce monthly MI reports to minimise risk exposure; Risk Reports, Loan Repayment Reviews, and Interest Review Reports.- SME for building, launching, and supporting Data Quality Reporting System – implementing the value of high data quality- Head of remediation work covering limits, Sanctions and Records Management.- Team Lead for Risk and Sales regarding customer or internal queries – account migrations, Audit requests, loading financials, allocating orphan accounts, sundry accounts- Undertaking Data Integrity Reviews for Leverage Finance customers and Business Support customers - Building rapport & relationships across the Commercial Banking network to implement and deliver on new processes, systems and procedures, including providing material for training courses run by Risk Coaching managers

Run the youth centre with a team of 40 volunteers, to cater for over 200 young children.
