Also helped De-List the organisation.• Now Husys is part of a large MNC People 2.0 from the US.• Currently, I am Responsible for supporting teams at Husys for administration and General Support.

I have been helping Meghana Reddy Gundlapally to be the best Indian Rhythmic Gymnast for over a decade. Helped her with best Coaching and also creating environment for grooming as an Elite Professional Athlete.• Identified the Talent in my daughter and dedicated to provide support for an almost non-existence sport in India.• Identified a Bulgarian world champion who was Coaching in the US & Moved to USA for First 6 months of Training.• Identified & pursued the chief coach of Wales,UK to train Meghana. Moved to Wales for 6 months of coaching and help participating in the Wales National Competition. Meghana stood 6th and qualified for British Nationals.• Identified a Russian Coach in Startford, London and made it as base for 3 years were she won numerous medals in uk and europe .• There after she was national champion ranked number 1 till she retired.• Constantly engaging various coaches with greater skills at each level and convincing them to train my daughter.• Lived and traveled over 20 countries for Training & Competitions.• Attended to support my daughter various competitions like World Cups, World championships, Commonwealth Games including National Games in India.• Building International Relationships with Rhythmic Gymnastics : Coaches, Psychologists, Physio therapists & associations.• Also able to guide and mentor the parents in India.• Optimized nutrition, training regimens and lifestyle choices to keep fitness at optimal levels to ensure no injuries during her tenure.• Procured game related Material, equipments, designs from various parts of the world and imported into India.
