I mentor and support a talented team of Technical Program Managers, fostering their professional growth and development. As a team leader, I oversee efforts to ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations and convert regulatory requirements into technical specifications. I collaborate closely with the product team to integrate these specifications into our products.

• Researched customer requests trends to implement Go-To-Market strategies for a new security assurance packet, increasing the customer experience and improving turnaround time from 15 days to almost under a day. • Improved the operating processes for customer questionnaires (SIG/CAIQs) and security assurance meetings with customers. Solving over 350 customer inquiries monthly. • Designed the Third-party security risk program for supplier security and Implemented a new methodology called ‘Trust Score’. Developed operational workflows for reviewing and tiering 400+ vendors based on the business impact, data, and residual risk.• Conducted Trend Analysis on the existing security addendums and contracts to optimize standard responses and fallbacks when customers push back on redlines, improving the deal velocity for the sales and legal teams.
