As a Recruitment Manager at Reed in Partnership, I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with employers and several stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I planned and executed events like job fairs and employer days to promote our services and benefits. Additionally, I provided post-placement support and account management to support business targets.

Currently, supporting the Restart Scheme; a government funded programme, initiated in response to the surge in long-term unemployment. The programme was set to provide intensive and tailored support to a vast number of unemployed people and help them find work. Assigned with a caseload of over 80 claimants, I am able to leverage my skills to help individuals find meaningful and sustainable work, providing the highest level of support to my clients.Being a highly motivated and results-driven professional, I am equipped with the skills to build strong relationships with customers but also external businesses, promoting our service and building and maintaining good relationships.
