Mobile Developer Team Leader
Current- Maintain existing mobile applications by updating legacy codes to make sure they run smoothly. - Fixing bugs and making sure the code is as clean and maintainable as possible. - Develop new features based on user requirements and discuss with the backend team to create the best possible solution to every challenge. - Manage team members, and make sure that everyone gets the task done in a timely manner with a good result. - Monitor team members' work progress and provide insight or help if difficulties arise.- Have an open discussion with team members about the current technology trend, new and better solutions that can be implemented to optimize the current codebase, and solutions for difficulties that appear during day-to-day coding tasks.
