- Successfully improved academic services by designing and developing a chatbot to help academic services of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya such as customer service, information related to theses, internships, lecturer names and graduation registration using Tidio, Miro and Balsamiq Wireframes tools.- Conducted a chatbot trial using the Human Centered Design method with the results of the number of users as many as 2000 users and get user satisfaction feedback with satisfactory results.- Compiled the test data and improve the chatbot performance according to the test data.
