Provided the office with computer work, Excel/Word file to keep track of students information record such as: account holds, documents ordering, and others. Receptionist duties/desk helper: greeting customers, maintaining workplace organized and stocked with supplies, in charge of accounts payables/receivable, answering phone, voice mail and emails, document imaging, scanning. Assure students of college support and create and promote events for students and for the community to enhance diversity.
