Most recently Program Managing build, related acquisition and subsequent capability uplift of ‘AIA Financial Wellbeing’ in 2021/22. Leading team of 6-8 project managers & circa 50 resources (analysts, consultants, SMEs), in bringing new business to life as well as managing governance in partnership with CBA to enable effective transition of the acquired employees, customers and data. Prior to this, I worked with AIA on the transition and integration of Colonial Mutual Life Assurance (Comminsure), having previously been employed by CBA to lead key separation activities across CBA Group channels and businesses to support the smooth transition out of the same business. At Aon, I was instrumental in the transformation of Aon Hewitt Wealth Solutions in Asia Pacific. Collaborating with business leaders, SME’s and a host of partners to improve and extend the investment, savings and pension platforms, operating model and related brand experience. I’ve delivered efficiencies to Advice operations and finance teams through delivery, integration and outsourcing of planning tools, financial reporting and payment solutions. Through application of project rigor, I've led successful growth programs acquiring adviser businesses and increasing group share of wallet within aligned distribution.Earlier in my Australia career my focus was leading distribution and product development and initiatives across and Health / Life insurance and Advice at Bupa, MBF and ING Australia. My key motivation is to improve customer outcomes and a desire to see things through to completion. To achieve this I seek insights on client need and embed myself in the business to better understand the drivers, mechanics and people.
