I trained and facilitated junior sailors on how to present and adequately promote and show a higher-ranking officer the Maintenance is performed through a series of spot checks which means a higher official comes to your workspace to ensure your care of maintenance is 100% efficient. This age group ranged from 18-to 28. During my time in this position, I received a Navy Accommodation Medal for this work after being assessed by the Navy Fleet Inspectors.
