Support characterization of commercial and next-generation formulated drug substance and drug product materials in ongoing cross-functional work with, but not limited to, Process Development, and Quality Control (QC) groups. Author and review reports and results datasets, in support of company activities and regulatory filings.Additional responsibilities:• Independently lead ad-hoc analytical investigations supporting cross-functional activities.• Sub-lead for product analytical sub-team supporting commercial and next-generation activities. • Actively support design, execution, and report generation of cross-functional stability studies.• Support CRO method transfer, troubleshooting and testing activities. • Reference standard qualification, and re-qualification support.• Method optimization of pre-existing workflows for increased throughput and data quality.• Extended characterization of in-pipeline products, in support of regulatory filings.• Training of junior level colleagues, including continued technical support, across multiple assays.• CE-SDS (capillary gel electrophoresis, cGE) data review and technical support.
Process Development Scientist
Supported development and characterization of late stage biotherapeutic products by advanced analytical methods (LC, LC-MS).
