Currently working with the Operations teams of Accounting and Settlement Department and mainly responsible for the Receivables and Payables to make sure that the premiums are paid to the underwriters on time and if any claim is raised, its paid off to the clients within a week of it being approved. Also responsible for a smooth transition of the new US Based business and setting up a new team to bring up to speed with the tenured teams. Previously was working with the Projects team for Accounting and Settlement Department in the capacity of the B.A. responsible for getting tools, Macros in place to reduce the manual efforts of the team members. Handling various Business Units with a different variety of clientele. Dealing with the Wholesale and Retail side of the business. Predominantly working on debt collection from clients and passing on the funds to the Underwriters through the Bureaux Markets on the UK side of business.

Joined Intelenet 2004 and worked with Household Credit card services for the email responding process. Got transferred to Transunion in March 2006 and got promoted as a Team Leader in October 2007. In 2009 got transferred to Apria Healthcare and transitioned a segment ((Authorizations)) which started from 34 FTE to reach 200 FTE process.

Took Calls for a US Mortgage Company ((Home Funds Direct)) for 5 months and then moved to UK based process for selling of telephone lines for for the client ((Tele 2)).
