Coming from a Civil background, I started off my career as a Senior Civil Engineer at L&T ECC Division.After witnessing certain events, I realized that employment has been a major issue in our country. This thought was the seed that induced a deep passion for improving the employment opportunities around me, which led me to Qubik. Since it’s inception in 2014, Qubik Engineering Services Private Limited, a rapidly expanding construction and architectural company has dedicatedly provided it’s services to customers with superior quality.I did excel in most of my endeavours or opportunities that came my way, but coding was one thing which I lacked in. I pushed myself hard in this field too and later, a crazy idea of combining Civil engineering and Software put up a spark which led me to embark on my ambitious entrepreneurial journey. In 2016, I started my own software development company – Rubykraft. A strong social consciousness have aided me in building Rubykraft into the company that it is today. Recently, in 2018, we launched our very first product, i.e; Bizex. Bizex is a multi-disciplinary business management application which is built to be curated just according to a customer’s needs. This is basically an initiative product of ‘Make in India’ to strengthen the start up ecosystem and MSMEs & to support ‘StartUp India StandUp India’ campaign. After all, Why pay in $, when you can pay in Rupees?I do not believe in Solo victory. My sole motto in this entrepreneurial journey will always be – No ‘Lone Inventers’, but people working together to achieve the greater good. Apart from software and tech, I’m a keen Photography enthusiast and simultaneously managing Hotels, Tourism & an NGO
