TFS handles build up / break up of casings and drill pipes and loading to catwalk to reduce total cycle time. • Creating design workflow and documenting drawings and design data and control of documents.• Selection of material, Heat Treatment and Welding as per appropriate application.• Monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to achieve desired results in quality and functions.• Conduct final product trials with various real-life variables.• Solving day to day design and manufacturing issues and implementing procedures for same.• Creating technical product manuals, technical documents, procedures & maintenance procedure for end users. Documentation of Quality Documents and to create Design Package• Developing the System requirements into proven functions with the right quality within program constraints.• Sound knowledge of material standards and various engineering practices.• Create design data (3D CAD and drawings) with help of SolidWorks 2020. • Manual calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) based design approach using different Simulation/analysis tools in SolidWorks Simulation.

• Responsible for design and development of Surface Pumping units e.g., Reciprocating pumping units, long stroke pumping units.• Design & development of fixtures used in manufacturing of pumping units with collaboration and communication with manufacturing team.• Work on sustaining projects for surface pumping units and cross functional product lines.• Studying feasibility to verify performance of equipment, fixtures, and pumping units. Design envelope to verify product performance.• To assist with Manufacturing to resolve NCR’s and dispositions.• Manual calculations & Finite Element Analysis (FEA) based design approach using different Simulation tools.• Part of Sustaining Engineering along with CAD and Windchill data management.

• To provide solutions for 3D-CAD, Structural analysis, fluid dynamics to customer and prospects.• Responsible for sales as well as support for customers and prospects.• Providing standard and customized training to new customers based on requirements for SolidWorks Solution.• Large Audience presentations, seminars, and lectures on SolidWorks products.

• Conducting lectures for engineering students and working professionals.• To learn and to teach CAD modeling software and skills.
