Exit interviews, analysis and action plan. Manpower (Crane Operators, Mechanics, Auto Electrician, Helper etc.) recruitment for heavy equipment like as crawler cranes, Tyre mounted cranes, earth moving equipment, Transport Equipment etc. Manpower recruitment for power plant / Coal Conveyor like as CHP operators, Supervisors, Technician, housekeeping crew etc. Prepare attendance, Salary of all employees. Prepare Work roster of Workers as per given schedule and requirement. Make entry pass of employees Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly allocation reports, making MIS. Maintaining data in registers as well as System. Maintaining & updating of all manuals (like as operation manual, parts manual, load chart, etc. Equipment dispatch and return back process to one state to other state.
