To assesses the risk associated with complex financial products being offered to customers by the client by comparing the information in the system with the loan document submitted by the client. I analyze document such as Property title (Prelim) reports, income and asset statement etc. I provide the Risk Analysis Team a summary of their findings at the client’s location in US. This help the clients to make a better credit decision as well as the company to decide whether the loan can be funded to borrower or not.1. Working in Forward Mortgage & Reverse Mortgage & is responsible for knowing the creditworthiness of Individual and sanction of loan.2. To do the income calculation of the Individual, trust ,company and Business and deciding that whether the Person has the capability to pay for the Loan or not.3. To read their Profit and Loss Statement & Balance Sheet and their Credit Report.4. To do the Document Verification such as Prelim report i.e whether the subject property is valid or not, who is currently having the Vesting on it, SSN and D/L card and all short of important document needed for Loan sanction.5. I’m also responsible for running the Final Desktop Underwriting (DU) and Finally to see that whether the Loan can be sanctioned or not.
