I believe in promotion of good health and prevention of disease. I believe in peace. My personal mission is encourage healthy attitudes. There are enough resources in this world that if people care about each other in a humanistic and altruistic and non-judgmental way, earth can become heaven. People should develop healthy habits because they care about themselves, but also because they do not want to fall sick and waste limited healthcare resources that can be used by some more needy person.There is evidence that many diseases and deaths are caused by potentially modifiable behavior such as smoking, excessive alcohol, recreational drug use and addiction, unhealthy diatary habits, lack of exercise and high risk/unprotected/ promiscuous sexual behavior. Suicide/homicide and wars also lead to many deaths. In order to maintain good physical health, one should stay away from unhealthy habits/addictions. It is important to maintain healthy mental attitude and a peaceful mind, so one does not give in to some of these habits. This would cause a win/win situation for an individual as well as for society. Kudos to anyone who tries to help or encourage a fellow human being without expecting anything in return. Let us all work together to make this world a peaceful and beautiful place. It is ok to feel loyal and patriotic towards one's country, but one should also see oneself as a global citizen and realize that since there are over 7 billion people in the world, there is going to be pleurality and some difference of opinion, this should be dealt with through understanding and negotiation (if needed re-negotiation ) and not be allowed to escalate into hatred/homicide/wars. Wars cost lives and money -this money can be utilized in many better and positive ways! I am not trying to judge anyone, but to provoke thinking on how we can create a healthy and better world/earth!Do not judge on basis of skin color, age, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, country of origin. In 2020, we are dealing with an extraordinary Pandemic- COVID-19 - instead of a war between two countries, it is a war of the Virus against Human Species. This is a time to unite! Let all the expertise and resources in the world unite to defeat this Virus. Unfortunately innumerable people who have died all over the world cannot come back, and my heartfelt sympathies to their loved ones, but let us do everything to prevent more deaths starting with Social Distancing and using Mask and uniting as a Human Race !
