Managing network infrastructure and leading efforts in modernizing and automating infrastructure

Responsible for leading the Solution design team to work with Sales team to close new and renewal business of network services for Airlines and Airports.

Lead the Global Engineering team -validates projects, plan, prepare and release customer configuration on Backbone devices (MGX, PE and Internet Router). Engineering team handles Node closure and Optimization projects across the world . We do provide technical support to different organizations that are part of these projects. Hold responsibility for functional areas of hiring, training, mentoring, performance appraisals, technical support and career development for the team and successful project implementation.

In charge of customer's VPN management, with 40+ IP specialists within the team, most of them Cisco Certified - CCIE, CCNP and CCNA - among other certifications. The team is responsible for implementation and change management for customers that subscribe to premium service (from either implementation or operational side). Provides on-time, error-free Custom IP configurations and overall management of customers VPNs. Designated engineers, who maintain detailed knowledge of the specific customer environment, provide these enhanced services. Virtual Private Network Life Cycle Management (VPN LCM) Assessment Conceptual VPN Design, providing expert support,Architecture & Design Detailed technical design. Deployment Migration plans, providing expert support to Project Managers. Configuration managementand Management & Optimization of VPNs.
