Seasoned business leader with two decades of rich experience in hardcore sales and education management while working with educational institutions across India and Singapore.Was part of the core team at Educomp Solutions Ltd., one of India’s largest education companies which conceptualized and founded “smartclass”, the revolution which changed Indian classrooms forever. Successfully sold and implemented Ed-tech solutions to over 3700 big ticket projects while generating an order book of INR 700 Crores (US $ 100 Millions) over a period of 15 years. Led a direct team ranging from 50 to 200 people.Spearheaded Educomp’s foray into the global markets while leading the adoption of smartclass, LMS and other Ed-Tech solutions across 150 schools in Singapore between April 2006 - February 2008.Got an excellent understanding of the educational landscape, specially the K -12 domain, with personal relationships with the management of hundreds of schools.Never say die attitude which helped build things from scratch on multiple occasions.A quick learner with great team building and management skills.Currently working with Embibe, the education platform integrating best practices of Artificial Intelligence and world class education content experience to personalise learning outcomes. The platform is targeted at students across K-12, higher education, professional skilling, vernacular languages and all curriculum categories across India and abroad. Roles include active contribution to the GTM planning exercise at the national level while building a team of high performance growth hungry professionals to drive Ed tech sales across North India.
