CurrentGovern multiple programs revenue, resource planning, projection, billing, milestone reconciliation & P&L review with Engagement, Business Delivery Leader Lead & collaborate with various functions (Controllership, Central Finance, FP&A, HRMS, Recruitment, Oracle Support, Billing, GPM/EM, Collection) to avoid discrepancy Create SOW, Change & Purchase order, MSA/BSA & Provide central repository for all programs and projects documents Prepare program leaders scorecard data for their annual performance appraisal & bonus ITIL Service Operation program service delivery includes (Leading, Training, Audit, Hiring, Account, Annual Performance Review & Decision Making) Offshore change manager to share CAB approval for infrastructure changes including emergency changes and Assist Problem Management team by downloading reoccurring or impacting major incidents On Call Escalations Support during P1/P2 user & business impacting outages to provide timely updates to Business Stake Holders & Engagement Leader Maintained customer/business standards & relation for better customer satisfaction/NPS (Net Promoter Score)
