CurrentJob responsibilities:Client lead corporate and MICE consultant to Amity University,Manipal University,Nortons Responsible for planing and managing the transport,Air tickets, and logistics in international destinations for leading ITL corporate clients Managed and organized conference, meetings, group travels, accommodation, and transfer requirements for delegates/clients and student groupsEspecially looking after group tours for Europe, caucasus ,fareast region and custom-made holiday packages for other destinations. Liaising with service providers with regard to future/current bookings Supervision of travel charges, costs and working closely with accounts department in all matters relating to travel costs and all cost queries managed Managing a large travel budget and staying within budget during high seasons Development of relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer service and escorted many large group in internationally and domestic Responsible for providing a strategic direction & consultation to the meeting requester to influence a high quality, cost effective meeting project plan and make recommendations that satisfy meeting specifications and requirements.
