As an experienced educator with over 18 years of teaching experience in various schools across India, I have developed a passion for equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers. My focus has been on creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages students to take an active role in their education.Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of experience in teaching Financial Literacy, Accounting, and Commerce to students of different levels. My teaching methodology is inquiry-based, which means I encourage students to explore the material, ask questions, and share ideas. I also use group discussions, guided learning, and audio-visual systems to make my classes more interactive and effective.I have actively participated in various school activities and competitions, including the Good Shepherd Model United Nations (GSMUN) and the School Enterprise Challenge, where I played an active role in preparing students for these events. I have also been a member of the School Exam Committee, where I have been responsible for conducting exams at the school level for higher secondary students. Additionally, I have been a House Master for two years, where I have prepared and assisted students with various school activities and competitions.Furthermore, I have trained myself in Financial Markets Management conducted by BLB INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL MARKETS, NEW DELHI, and have completed online training in A-Level Business Studies and IGCSE Accounting conducted by Cambridge Assessment International Education, UK. I have also been certified in Smart Learning from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have developed web-based Accounting stimulators for self-assessment and have published a Practice Book on Amazon.in (IGCSE Accounting: Multiple Choice Questions). I have also created my own channel on YouTube covering all important Accounting Topics.As an Assistant Examiner for the ISC Curriculum in Accounts and Commerce and an Assessment Specialist for AS & A Level – Accounting (CAIE), I have gained extensive experience in grading, assessing, and evaluating students' performance.In conclusion, I am a highly motivated educator with a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing students with an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
