* Preparation & Review of IO list & Drive list of packages such as Boiler, Auxiliary Boiler,CHP, AHP, FOHS,MRHS,CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM,AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM,HVAC & VENTILATION SYSTEM.Review of Local control panels drawings,JB drawings,power JB drawings of different packages such as CHP, AHP, FOHS,MRHS, HVAC & VENTILATION SYSTEM.Preparation & Review of Cable schedule & Interconnection schedule of different systems.Review of vendor logic diagrams of different system packages FOHS,CHP,AHP as per control philosophy or write up.Review of P& ID, datasheets of instruments supplied by package vendor,Preparation & Review of Hart list,soft IO list,IO Assignment list HVAC PLC, Review of BBU & Mandatory spare lists.Preparation & Review of Interfacing signal list of Electrical system & C&I system.* Site construction supervising and management control.* Drawing review,design of erection Drawings.* Erection & commissioning of Field Instruments, CCTV installation & commissioning,firefighting system installation.* Cable laying for Boiler,coal mill,waste water,air compressor system & FGD system.* Installation of different types of Control & Measuring Instruments such as pressure gauge, temperature gauge, pressure switch, D.P switch, pressure transmitter, D.P transmitter, limit switch, Level switch, RTD and Thermocouple.* Termination work for Junction Box, Local Panels, PLC cabinets, MOV, RTD, Transmitter, Pneumatic valve according to diagram.* Mechanical fabrication and installation of supports.* Coordinator for quality checking with QC Engineer.* Holding daily & weekly meetings with client and sub-contractor to achieve the target.* Reporting and co-ordination with site activities. * Dealing with effective use of man power. * Checking/clearing the sub-contractors bills as per drawing & work order * Weekly planning of site construction for Sub-contractors. * Reporting to Site In-charge, Vice President regarding daily progress on site* Review of the construction program Daily/Weekly/Monthly Identifying reasons for backlogs if any & taking corrective action to avoid re-occurrence, Certification of measurements for billing purpose and material Re-conciliation, and Maintaining of records for the materials.* Consulting management regarding planning, monitoring, scheduling, maintaining.
