Joined at the start of the company and worked for 6 years and set up the Finance function for the company from scratch.Handled the following:-Raised Debt of more than Rupees 700 crore from five PSU banks-Helped Raise Private equity-Ran the process for exploring strategic investor and Financial Investor for 4G broadband (LTE)-Business Planning, Finance & Accounts, Revenue Assurance, Billing & Collection-was part of 2 member team which handled 4G spectrum auction and successfully won 5 circles-Handled the Acquisition of company and handled the successful integration with parent company-Also was responsible for other Support Functions - Legal & Secretarial, SCM, HR and Admin.

Worked as Principal Finance Officer (PFO) at Delhi and two stints-Firstly, worked as PFO for ABTS, North - Revenue of USD 200 mn-Later on, PFO for Long Distance Business - Revenue of USD 1 bn plus-Part of core team which launched "international tele-calling card" in USA and UK

Joined the start up phase and participated in Planning role based out of National Headquarters- Reliance Centre, south Mumbai and later on DAKC at Navi Mumbai-Debt syndication - was part of 3 member team which handled the first "project appraisal" of RCOM. the application size was more than USD 5bn and appraisal was done by leading Financial Institutions, namely, ICICI, IDBI and IDFC.-Worked on DRHP for early stage IPO which was planned, pursued but later on got deferred-Handled role of Business Finance Controller for one of wireless biz - Revenue size of USD 200mn-Also handled setting up the Revenue Assurance, collections processes including the implementation of BI module to create visibility of KPIs across 22 circles.

Joined the company in start up phase and helped the company in launch of Mobile services in Punjab circle. Handled the middle management role in different streams of Finance and accounts i.e. handled three areas hands on in three different years-Biz planning & Management reporting -Financial Reporting, Taxation & Audit -Revenue Assurance, Billing and collection
