As Asst. Manager – Sales, I appointed 4 and 9 Distributors for HMT Watches/Godrej GP Batteries respectively in Kerala. I was responsible for the working out trade discount for both distributors and retailers on consistent performance.I successfully conducted monthly wise revise of the performance of the Sales officers to plan out incentive structure and targets according to the territory. I conduct training and review for the Sales Officers on a periodical basis to motivate and improve performance.Key Projects Executed: • No 1 Performer - South India (Sales) for the year 2006-2007• Appointed additional 12 distributors for GP in the year 20 and 6 Sales officers to ensure proper and effective distribution and placement of products across the territory.• Improved the annual business for HMT by 22% for the FY 2006-2007• Improved the annual business for Godrej Batteries by 25% • First to initiate BTL activities for Godrej GP like branded t-shirts, raincoats, canopies, cinema hall advertisements etc.
